Once we’ve reviewed your ideas, you’ll receive an email with personalized design concepts and approximate pricing options — perfectly tailored to your style and celebration.

03 — Save the Date

When you’re ready to move forward, a 40% non-refundable retainer secures your wedding date on our calendar. From there, the creative journey truly begins.

04 — Design & Details

Here’s where your vision comes to life!
You’ll receive a custom sketch of your wedding cake design, and we’ll refine every detail to perfection.
Want to taste the magic first? A flavor box can be ordered (subject to availability) for an additional fee.

05 — Staying Connected

One month before your wedding, we’ll reconnect to confirm every detail — design, timing, and delivery logistics — ensuring everything flows seamlessly. The final balance will also be due at this time.

06 — Your Wedding Day

The moment you’ve been dreaming of!
Your cake is delivered, styled, and set up with love and care. All that’s left is for you to see your masterpiece — a reflection of your story, your style, and your forever.

CAKE CARE

Pick-up: Make sure you have enough room in your car for the cake size you are purchasing. The cake should be leveled at all times, so make sure to prepare a flat surface in your car for transportation. All cakes come with a box to help keep it secure during transportation. ​
NOTE
Once we hand the cake to you, the customer, we do not hold ourselves responsible for any miss-handle or accidents that might happen to the cake during the transportation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Once you’ve decided to go ahead with your order, to secure your date & order we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
We will hold this date for you for 24hrs to give you time pay this deposit. Once you have paid the deposit you are all booked in and will need to pay the remaining 50% balance of your order 3 days before your pick up date.
2. Immediate payment are a non-refundable, and non-transferable.
3. IF YOU CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING, If there are any changes to the original booking, the person responsible for booking must inform us either by phone call, DM or email as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes to dates. However, this is subject to availability only.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED your deposit.
